Customer Reviews

Jay was great! Very professional and polite. I was late for my appointment but really needed a leak repaired. He did his best to accommodate me and complete the repair, and was extremely friendly about it. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly as well. Fast service and hard working team !

I was here recently for tire work. The staff was very helpful and efficient. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my tire and explained clearly why it wouldn’t work. I felt they were very honest and helpful and would recommend highly.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here for a few years now. Absolutely flabbergasted by their great service. I’ve been having my cars serviced in Calgary for 45 years now at various places. By far these guys are the best I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend them, especially for those people like myself who don’t know too much about cars.

I have been taking my car to OK Tire Crowfoot for the last four years. They have done brake jobs, installed new tires, oil changes and winterizing. I have always had amazing service. Never any complaints. Dallas has always been especially kind and helpful and informative. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Auto Maintenance FAQs

How often should I get my oil changed?
On average, vehicles are estimated to need an oil change every 5,000 kilometers or every six months. This can vary based on your driving habits, your driving frequency, the age of your vehicle, and the quality of the oil you use. If you drive a newer vehicle, you might be able to safely wait a little longer between changes.
Should I worry about servicing my leased vehicle?
It is important to make sure you maintain and service your vehicle at the required intervals. Not having regular service and maintenance performed on a leased vehicle not only means the warranty will be voided but could cause you to incur a substantial fee at the lease's end.
Do I need to charge my battery after I jump-start my vehicle?
If your car does start, let it run for a few minutes to help charge the battery further. Unhook the clamps in the reverse order of how you put them on. Be sure to drive your car for about 30 minutes before stopping again so the battery can continue to charge. Otherwise, you might need another jump start.
How do I know when I need new brakes?
One of the most obvious signs that it's time for brake service is squeaky brakes. If you can clearly tell that there is over 1/4 of an inch left on the pad, the brake pads are likely fine. If the pad is under ¼ of an inch, it's likely time for brake service and you should make an appointment at OKTire Crowfoot very soon.
